Giveaway Terms and Conditions - Yescapa - "Code Name 10"

Article 1: Organising company

SAS Yescapa, with a capital of 93,850 euros, registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 751 826 280, whose head office is located at 79 cours du Médoc 33300 Bordeaux, is organising a free giveaway called "Yescapa : Code Name 10” (hereinafter referred to as “giveaway”) without obligation to purchase.

Participation in this free giveaway with obligation to purchase is open to Yescapa customers residing in Europe, adults on the day of their participation, and having the equipment and a connection allowing Internet access.

The Winner's first and last name will be announced by email as well as on the social networks of the organising company.

The Winner thus authorises Yescapa to use their avatar, their nickname, their last name, their first name, their photo and their city within the framework of the publication of the result of the giveaway without conferring them any remuneration, rights or advantages. other than the allocation of their Prize. 5.2 Dates and description of the Prizes involved

No additional costs not included in the Prize will be borne by Yescapa. Shipping costs, if any, to the Winner's home are the responsibility of the latter.

5.3 Deadlines and terms of receipt of the Prize

The Winners will receive an electronic message from Yescapa, once the choice

carried out.

The Prize will be set up for the Winner by the organising company or partner at the convenience of the organising company.

In the event of non-receipt of the Prize, and in the absence of a claim by the beneficiary, the prize not claimed by its beneficiary will be kept at its disposal for one (1) week. After this time, it will be given to another participant also chosen. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or a voucher.

Article 6: Limitation of liability

The Organising Company shall not incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure or any event beyond its control, it were required to cancel this giveaway, shorten it, extend it, postpone it or modify its conditions.

In the event of force majeure, additions or modifications to these rules may possibly be published during the duration of the giveaway. They will be considered as annexes to these regulations. The Organising Company cannot be held liable for this.
